local surfing(scrolling). always follow lots of locals on a new instance. trying to keep instance/fedi apps below 10 or so. already spread thin for not using bots. Got suspended from a few using the export/import tools. They thought follows coming from different account looked like spam. pending appeals. donations do effect service levels. just a fact.
