Does anyone know why #ivory doesn’t format YouTube links with their corresponding thumbnails and description? Is it related to their YouTube.be link shortening?

A bit maddening.
I have to go into safari and copy the url.

Es mag angesichts der Weltlage ein bisschen eskapistisch sein, aber in #Ivory kann man sehr gut Filter bauen, um Stichworte, die einen eh nur sinnlos herunterziehen, auszublenden. Zum Beispiel blendet

\bTrump\b|\bMusk\b|\bDOGE\b

die Worte Trump, Musk und DOGE aus. Ich bekomme auch so mehr mit, als mir lieb und mehr als gut für mich ist.

Erklärung: das \b ist eine Wortgrenze, der senkrechte Strich definiert Alternativen, damit man nicht für jedes Wort einen eigenen Filter braucht.

@ivory, Seems like Safari add ons are not working in the embedded browser in #Ivory. Is this by design or do you have any options to enable it?

Ich brauche ein neues Smartphone. Und es scheint wirklich so, dass es dieses Mal kein iPhone wird.

Allerdings hänge ich sehr an „Ivory“ (ehemals Tweetbot), es gab nie etwas vergleichbares gutes (aus meiner Sicht).

Was ist denn ein guter „Ivory“ Ersatz für Android? Ist schwer aber vielleicht nicht unmöglich :)

Let my @ivory subscription expire on March 1. After using other #Mastodon apps, I might have to reconsider. We also got an update after ~5 months w/ more to come while they work on #Phoenix for #Bluesky.

Does this mean full #GoToSocial support? Am I missing something? Is it even related?

(Considering to set up my own instance with having quasi-none knowledge, but the lack of Ivory's support was keeping me from even starting...)

Was ich bei der #IceCubesApp super finde, ist das die stummgeschalteten Wörter und Hashtags mit hochgeladen werden und somit auch auf der Website ausgeblendet sind. Das funktioniert glaube ich nicht bei #Ivory und #MonaApp, oder?

Despite how much I loathe subscriptions, I keep returning to @ivory.

The iOS app for Mastodon alone is incredible, but the macOS app hits like old-school Tweetdeck and I've yet to find another one that even comes close.

Well-worth the equivalent of ~$2/month for iOS, iPadOS + macOS.

Is anybody else using @ivory having to constantly reset their account cache to get their home timeline to update??? I've had to do it on all my devices just about every day this week.
