The great after the was accompanied by many helpful tools to find followers worth following.

With federating (partially) and bridged, I think we need new ones now. Are there any?

For example, what are the biggest accounts on that are federating?
What are the biggest bridged accounts from Bluesky?
(👉 bsky.app/profile/ap.brid.gy/fo)
And for users on : What are the biggest accounts in the , that are bridged?

Bluesky SocialBluesky

Recommendations would be better, of course for the greater anyone? But they don't scale.

Please don't hesitate to suggest accounts from or , that you can follow from . Or some from the for Bluesky-users.

Boosts are also appreciated!

@mho@social.heise.de there is the now not-so-appropriately-named https://most-followed-mastodon-accounts.stefanhayden.com/ that helps you discover some of the biggest threads accounts. Would be more useful for that if it also offered the ability to only show threads accounts in addition to the possibility of filtering them out.

Thanks for the link, I knew the site, but didn't know about the integration of accounts of Threads. That's really helpful indeed!

@vetehinen @mho @MostFollowed Yeah, I've stopped checking @fedidb since they started including Threads accounts in the Top Accounts list, with no way of filtering them out.

It's meaningless. Especially since Threads isn't included in any of the OTHER lists (Software, Servers...)

@mho I'm in the process of adding Twitter <-> ActivityPub Person mapping to fediverser.network, like it does now for Reddit <-> Lemmy/kbin communities (ActivityPub Groups).

Would that be helpful?
